Made with Love in beautiful Western Massachusetts.

It all begins with mud... Throwing, slamming, shaping, hand-building, casting, decoratung, painting, glazing, firing…

Many processes take place in my studio. I wheel throw (like in ‘Ghost’), I hand-build by shaping and attaching chunks and slabs of clay. Also, I love slip casting, which is using a mold and liquid clay. Some pieces I combine these processes.

After the initial pieces are made…. many potters go straight to firing, glazing, and then glaze firing. My pots go to decorating right after the initial bisque firing.

During this step I have so many ways to decorate my pots including silkscreen, hand painting, airbrushing, dipping… Then they get a layer of glaze and the glaze firing.

Another way I have to decorate pieces is overglaze decals. These are applied after the glaze firing and fired a third time. This melts it in.

To offer a more cost effective option I also sell bulk purchased pieces that I then add overglaze decals too. My other pieces are handmade goods that are made, beginning to end, by me.

All Pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe.
